EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
This position oversees residential programming and staff to support the daily needs and services of residents at the Ebensburg Center. It ensures strong leadership, clear communication, and consistent delivery of quality care. As a Residential Services Unit Manager, you will perform the following duties:

Unit Leadership: Provide direction to staff, organize priorities, and oversee daily operations to maintain high quality services

Service Monitoring: Review reports, observe care settings, and ensures quality services meet individual needs and standards

Staff Supervision: Guide supervisors, review performance, and support effective teamwork and communication

Training Support: Arrange and conduct staff training to strengthen knowledge and skills to enhance service delivery

Policy Guidance: Explain policies and procedures to staff to ensure accurate understanding of expectations and guidelines

Program Oversight: Direct the development of plans, review incident data to improve safety, and implement facility policies and objectives

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week

Work hours are 2nd shift (3:00 PM to 11:00 PM), Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch. You will work every other weekend. Your schedule may change based on operational needs.
