We are seeking an experienced therapist (PT, OT, or SLP) to step into an Assistant Director of Rehab role at a skilled nursing facility. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong clinician looking to transition into leadership while remaining hands-on.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in overseeing day-to-day rehab operations
Support and guide therapy staff (PT, OT, SLP, PTA, COTA)
Help manage scheduling, staffing, and workflow
Ensure compliance with documentation and regulatory standards
Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary coordination
Provide clinical support as needed
What We’re Looking For:
Licensed PT, OT, or SLP
Skilled nursing facility experience preferred
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Hands-on, reliable, and able to manage both clinical and operational responsibilities
