Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Lead, train, and develop front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) staff to ensure excellent service.

Financial Management: Manage labor, food, and beverage costs to achieve financial targets.

Operational Oversight: Oversee scheduling, inventory management, and vendor relationships.

Quality Control: Ensure menu consistency, quality, and presentation standards are upheld.

Requirements

3+ years of restaurant management experience (sports bar or high-volume dining preferred).
