We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual for a Lead Chiropractic Therapy Technician, to join our team. This role involves daily operations of the therapy department and ensuring high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for patient care, and a commitment to fostering a positive team environment.
Hours to include: Monday and Wednesday 7am - 6pm, Tuesday and Thursday 12p - 6p and Friday 7am - 2pm.
Job duties, requirements, and responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:
- Treating each patient with respect and positivity
- Guiding patients through therapies
- Keeping the therapy bay clean and organized
- Cleaning therapy bay at the end of the day
- Managing supply inventory
- Willing to learn new technology
- Communicating between front desk, Doctor, and other technicians
- Having a general knowledge of Chiropractic sports medicine
- Experience with billing, insurance, electronic health records
