We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store General Manager to oversee the operations of our convenience store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. As the General Manager, you will drive sales, manage staff, maintain inventory, and ensure the store's overall success.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.

Recruit, train, and supervise store staff.

Foster a positive and productive work environment.

Set performance goals and conduct regular performance evaluations.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Manage inventory levels, order products, and ensure stock is well-organized.

Monitor store cleanliness, maintenance, and safety standards.

Handle customer complaints, returns, and refunds professionally.

Develop and manage store budgets, including payroll and operational expenses.

Monitor and analyze sales performance, and implement strategies to achieve financial targets.

Ensure accurate cash handling and bank deposits.

Drive sales through effective merchandising, promotions, and customer engagement.

Analyze market trends and customer preferences to adjust product offerings.

Implement local marketing strategies to increase foot traffic and customer loyalty.

Ensure the store adheres to all local, state, and federal regulations, including health and safety standards.

Maintain accurate records of transactions, inventory, and employee schedules.
Qualifications

Minimum of 3-5 years of retail management experience, preferably in a convenience store or similar environment.

Strong leadership and team-building skills.

3 years of experience supervising others in fast food, restaurant, retail, or convenience operations is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Proficient in inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting.

Knowledge of retail software systems is a plus.

Must have TABC & Food Manager's Certification
