Responsibilities
- MIG / TIG / Laser welding
- Read blueprints
- Precise measuring and marking.
- Cut, shape, and assemble sheet metal and other metal materials utilizing plasma cutters, press brake machines, power tools, and hand tools.
- Operate rigging equipment for lifting and positioning heavy components safely on construction sites or within fabrication shops.
- Follow strict safety protocols including proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), adherence to OSHA standards, and safe handling of tools and materials.

Experience
- MIG / TIG welding experience
- Blueprint reading
- fabrication experience of any kind
- carpentry experience is a plus
- knowledge of LED's and low voltage are a plus
- familiar with precise measuring
- held the flashlight for your dad a few times
- Any CAD drafting is a plus
- Running a CNC router is a plus
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to welding, rigging, machining, and construction environments.
- Ability to operate power tools such as plasma cutters, press brakes, grinders, drills, and saws safely and efficiently.
- Experience working with sheet metal fabrication techniques including cutting, bending (press brake), and forming processes.Join our team if you’re passionate about craftsmanship in metal fabrication! Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
