Currently Hiring: Crew Lead/Exterior Cleaning Expert
Pay range: $22.00 to $28.00 per hour
Location: Dane County, Wisconsin
Schedule: Full-time - 7:15 AM to 4:00-5:00 PM, Monday through Friday (end time is estimated and may be earlier or later depending on the day). Occasionally on Saturdays
Clear Vision ProWash is a locally growing exterior cleaning company providing pressure washing, window cleaning, and property maintenance services across Dane County. We are looking for a dependable Exterior Cleaning Specialist to help lead jobs and represent our company on site.
Daily Work Includes
- Pressure washing residential and commercial properties
- Window and gutter cleaning
- Interacting with customers and representing the company professionally
- Operating ladders and aerial lifts safely
- Traveling to job sites throughout the area
- Assisting with equipment upkeep and small engine maintenance
- Supporting snow removal services during winter

Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various conditions
- Dependable and able to work year-round
