We are hiring for a butcher assistant. This will be a position at the shop which includes learning all the aspects of meat production. This position is needed to help with slaughter, carcass breakdown, boning out, sausage making, packaging and cleaning. We are a small, family owned shop that is willing to train the right person that is wants to learn.
This job requires someone that is dependable, honest and able to lift 50-75 lb and must be over 18 yrs old
