ICU patient ratio of 2:1; IMC patient ratio of 3:1

Charge nurse operates out of staffing, supported by a resource RN and clinical tech

Night shift: 7p–7a, 12-hour shifts

Epic EMR

No on-call or holiday requirements

Active VA or Compact RN license required

Current BLS (AHA) and ACLS certifications required

Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required

Scrub requirement: Navy blue pants with solid navy blue or solid white tops; jackets must be solid navy blue or solid white
