Competitive Compensation: Starting base pay of $650,000 with an opportunity to earn beyond. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.

Supportive Team Environment: Work alongside a collegial team of 2 Urologist and 4 Nurse Practitioners.

Balanced Workload: Admissions are managed by the hospitalist service, with a manageable call schedule of 1:4.

Operational Efficiency: Benefit from dedicated block time of 2-3 days per week, supported by a well-trained and efficient OR staff.

Advanced Support: Our Advanced Practice Providers assist in the OR and help manage hospital patients.
