We are looking for an experienced Lead Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and be able to provide guidance and support to the teaching staff. The Lead Teacher will be responsible for developing lesson plans, managing classroom activities, and providing a safe and nurturing learning environment for students. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work collaboratively with other teachers, and have a passion for helping children reach their full potential.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that are age-appropriate and align with the curriculum.
- Provide a safe and nurturing learning environment for students.
- Communicate with parents and guardians to ensure that students are receiving the best education possible.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents and guardians.
- Maintain records of student progress and development.
- Collaborate with other teachers to develop new teaching methods and strategies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
