We’re looking for a reliable, guest-focused Property Manager to oversee daily operations, maintain our properties, and deliver a great experience for tenants and guests.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone organized, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Guest & Tenant Services
- Manage check-ins and check-outs
- Respond to inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure units are ready
Property Management:
- Maintain cleanliness and overall property condition
- Coordinate repairs and ongoing maintenance
- Ensure safety and security procedures are followed
Administrative:
- Manage reservations and leasing activity
- Handle rent collection and payments
- Maintain accurate records and reports
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience in property management, hospitality, or leasing preferred
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve
Compensation:
- Commission-based role
- Earn 50% of the first month’s rent for each new tenant placed
- Earn 7% ongoing monthly management fee on collected rent
- High earning potential based on number of units and leasing activity
Pay: $35,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
