Implement individualized treatment plans developed in collaboration with the rehabilitation team.
Conduct thorough evaluations and establish measurable short- and long-term therapy goals.
Educate residents, families, and caregivers on techniques that support ongoing progress.
Work closely with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate comprehensive care.
What You'll Bring:
Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license in the state of Pennsylvania.
Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
