We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the shopping experience by providing exceptional service, assisting with product selection, and ensuring that the store is well-stocked and organized.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product information to effectively communicate with customers.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Stock shelves and ensure that merchandise is displayed attractively to enhance sales opportunities.
- Conduct product demonstrations to engage customers and promote new items.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
- Utilize retail math skills to manage inventory levels and assist in restocking efforts.
Experience
- Previous experience in vape retail sales / vape stores is a big plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
- Bilingual(Spanish is a popular language here) candidates are encouraged to apply as this is a plus for our customer base.
- A willingness to learn about products and services offered in-store, along with the ability to adapt quickly to new tasks.
