We are seeking an experienced Parts and Service Manager to lead our lifecycle departments, ensuring exceptional customer experience throughout the equipment's lifespan. This role is responsible for driving operational efficiency, maximizing customer satisfaction, and leading a high-performing team that supports our heavy equipment customers.
What You’ll Do
- Supervise and develop Service Supervisors and Parts Sales Specialists.
- Coordinate service scheduling, equipment maintenance, and work order processes.
- Monitor warranty claims, returns, exchanges, and quality-related issues.
- Analyze operational performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and manufacturer standards.
- Collaborate with multiple departments to meet and exceed customer expectations.

What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of 5 years of supervisory or management experience.
- Excellent leadership and customer service skills.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, both verbal and written.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
- High school diploma and/or technical school education.
