About the Role:
Homewatch CareGivers of St. Pete Beach is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in a Part-Time / PRN (as-needed) capacity. This role supports our in-home clients and caregiving team throughout the St. Petersburg and greater Pinellas County area.
This position focuses on client assessments, care plan oversight, and caregiver support—ensuring safe, high-quality, and person-centered care in the home setting.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Conduct in-home client assessments and develop individualized care plans

Monitor client health status, including vital signs and overall condition

Support medication organization and care coordination (non-administration)

Provide clinical guidance, supervision, and support to caregivers

Assist with caregiver orientation, training, and skills development

Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the care team regarding changes in condition
Required Qualifications
- Active Florida RN license (in good standing)

Strong communication, assessment, and documentation skills

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Home care, private duty, or community-based experience preferred

Must be eligible to work in the United States
Schedule & Location
- Part-Time / PRN (flexible, as-needed scheduling)

Primarily Monday–Friday with occasional flexibility based on client needs

Field-based role serving St. Petersburg and surrounding Pinellas County areas
