Responsibilities
- Support property maintenance coordination by liaising with vendors, tracking work orders, and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Handle resident inquiries and resolve conflicts efficiently through effective conflict management strategies and excellent customer service skills.
- Maintain accurate records, legal documents, and compliance documentation.
- Contribute to budgeting efforts by monitoring expenses, preparing reports, and supporting financial recordkeeping using Microsoft Office applications.
- Facilitate client communication through phone etiquette, email correspondence, and in-person interactions to foster positive relationships.
- Assist in property inspections, data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records for property management operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in property management or real estate administrative roles with familiarity using property management tools.
- Demonstrated ability to manage conflict effectively while maintaining professionalism and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent organizational skills with experience in data entry, filing systems, and office administration including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication skills with a focus on client relationship management and negotiation abilities.
- Experience in facilities management or property maintenance coordination is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple priorities efficiently.
- CAM Licensed Required
