We’re hiring a line cook who can keep quality high and tickets moving. This is a hands-on, small-team
kitchen, your work matters every shift.
Pay range: ($18-$25).
Schedule: Flexible
What you’ll cook: breakfast + lunch/dinner diner staples; daily specials.
Key duties - Run your station (griddle/fryer/sandwich) and support the team during peaks - Consistent
portioning, seasoning, and plating - Prep as needed; label/date; follow rotation - Keep a clean station and
follow opening/closing checklists
Qualifications - 1+ year line cook experience preferred (diner, fast casual, or high-volume) - Able to stand,
move fast, lift typical kitchen loads - Calm communication and reliability
