Job Overview
We are seeking experienced epoxy coating installers to join our dynamic team dedicated to transforming surfaces with precision and excellence. As an epoxy installer, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality flooring solutions across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Your expertise will ensure durable, visually appealing finishes that meet client specifications and safety standards. Must have a valid driver license and dependable transportation.
Duties
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, grinding, and ensuring proper moisture levels for optimal epoxy adhesion
- Interpret construction plans, schematics, and technical drawings to execute precise installations
- Mix and apply epoxy coatings, ensuring even coverage and proper curing times
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to install flooring materials such as proper diamonds for the concrete. Not waisting materials.
- Conduct floor refinishing, with a seamless finish.
- Follow all building material installation safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment on construction sites. No drugs or alcohol.
- Perform quality checks throughout the installation process to ensure adherence to project specifications and industry standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience in epoxy floor installation and general construction site work
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating, blueprint reading, and interpreting technical drawings
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and schematics related to flooring installation and building material handling
- Familiarity with building installation safety compliance regulations and best practices
- Experience with hand grinders, dust collection, recycling flake, pulling the puddle installation.
- Ability to handle manual tasks such as lifting heavy materials safely and efficiently during installation processes
- Construction experience including remodeling, concrete finishing

Pay: $22.75 - $35.75 per hour
