Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Administrative and Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This multifaceted role combines administrative support with client service, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional communication with our wholesale partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Wholesale & Online Order Management: Accurately process, track, and manage wholesale and online customer orders, ensuring timely fulfillment, order accuracy, and proactive communication throughout the order lifecycle.
- Customer Service: Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and directing calls to the appropriate team member when needed.
- Administrative Support: Assist with a variety of administrative tasks including document preparation, data entry, scheduling, and internal communications.
- Team Collaboration: Support other departments and team members as needed to ensure efficient, organized, and seamless business operations.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.)
- Prior experience in administrative or customer support roles preferred

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
