Tres Lobos Siding LLC is looking for an experienced siding installer to join our crew.
We’re a small local siding company. This is hands-on residential exterior work — you’ll be outside, on ladders/scaffolding, working with the crew and installing siding. You won’t be sitting in an office or dealing with corporate BS.
What you’ll be doing
- Installing vinyl siding
- Installing soffit and fascia
- Installing J-channel, corner posts, starter strips, etc.
- Wrapping windows and doors
- Measuring and cutting siding and trim
- Using hand tools, power tools, and a siding brake
- Working from ladders and scaffolding
- Keeping your work straight, clean, and properly installed
- Helping with setup, material, and cleanup when needed
- Working with the rest of the crew to keep the job moving
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who can actually install siding, not someone who has to be watched over.
You should be able to:
- Work independently without being constantly supervised
- Measure and cut accurately
- Keep siding courses straight and consistent
- Properly install trim and transitions
- Handle windows, doors, corners, soffit, and fascia
- Recognize and fix mistakes before they become callbacks
- Take care of tools and materials
- Keep your work area organized
- Show up on time and work consistently
- Work safely on ladders and scaffolding
- Work outside in heat, cold, and everything in between
Quality matters more than speed. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work and doesn’t leave behind a bunch of callbacks.
Experience
Residential siding experience is strongly preferred.
If you have experience with roofing, exterior remodeling, aluminum trim, or other related work, that’s a plus.
Be honest about your experience. We’re not expecting everyone to know everything, but we need to know what you can actually do.
Pay
Starting at $25/hr, depending on experience and skill.
Higher pay is available for someone who can independently handle more complicated work and consistently produces quality results.
W-2 position.
A paid trial day will be required before being brought on permanently.
