Rise Up for Autism is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our leadership team as a Clinical Director. This position provides clinical oversight for our Aurora and Joliet centers, ensuring high-quality ABA services while supporting the growth and development of our clinical team.

Provide clinical leadership across our Aurora and Joliet centers.

Supervise, mentor, and support BCBAs and clinical staff.

Ensure high-quality, ethical, and evidence-based ABA services.

Monitor treatment quality, documentation, and clinical outcomes.

Partner with operational leadership to support clinic growth and performance.

Address complex clinical concerns and support families.

Lead quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with BACB and payer requirements.

Maintain a reduced caseload while providing clinical leadership.

Current BCBA certification (required)

Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field

Minimum of 3 years of ABA experience

Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred

Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills

Ability to travel between the Aurora and Joliet centers
