Positions available: We have openings across several trades. Tell us where your skills fit best, or let us train you:
- Carpentry & Framing – build and assemble framing, structures, and fixtures
- Cabinet Making & Installation – construct and install cabinetry
- Drywall & Finishing – hang, finish, and prep drywall
- Electrical – run wiring and install electrical components
- Plumbing – install plumbing lines and fixtures
- Painting – interior painting and finishing
- Roofing & Siding – install roofing and exterior siding
- Windows / Doors - install windows and doors
- Flooring/Carpet – measure, cut, and lay carpet and flooring
- Material Handling / Forklift – move materials and operate a forklift (training available)
What we're looking for (required)
- Dependable, with a strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, lifting, and repetitive motion throughout the shift
- Reliable transportation to our Bryan, OH facility
Nice to have (preferred, not required)
- Prior residential or general construction experience
- Experience in any of the trades listed above
- Forklift certification
