Pansy Homecare is a dementia-focused agency urgently hiring highly experienced caregivers for day and overnight shifts. Caregiver Pay & Benefits
Pay: Weekly pay, $19.50/hour starting with the ability to get up to $25/hour
Early Wage Access: Tap Check—up to $200/day, max $500/week (early wage access)
Holidays: Double pay
Day One Benefits: Aflac (vision, dental, and short-term disability), badge, and uniform
After 60 Days: Health insurance (including vision and dental) and 401K Management
Bonuses/Incentives: Employee Referral Bonus ($150), Caregiver of the Month ($50 monthly), Caregiver Grant Fund Access ($2,500), and random above-and-beyond incentives
Caregiver Responsibilities
Provide hands-on personal care (bathing, toileting, feeding assistance).
Offer specialized dementia-focused care and behavior support.
Follow detailed care plans.
Maintain a respectful and calm environment.
Caregiver Requirements
Experience: Must have at least 5 years of caregiving experience overall.
Dementia Care: Minimum of 2 years of experience specifically with dementia clients.
Availability: Willing to work a minimum of 16 hours a month.
Transportation: Must have reliable transportation
Compliance: Must be willing to consent to a background check and drug screen.
Must be 18 years or older.
