Job Summary
Safety Professional with construction OSHA 1926 experience. We are seeking a safety professional for our client's job-site.
Responsibilities
- Boots on the ground safety professional. You will be identifying hazards in the field and correcting unsafe behavior observed while maintaining a strong field presence.
- Monitor safety programs to ensure compliance with OSHA, steel company client and general contractor standards and regulations and company policies.
- Allocate PPE to workers
- Observe and report to client safety personnel
- Attend and contribute to daily foreman tailgate meetings
Experience
- CHST, CSP, ASP, STS-C highly preferred (your pay within the stated range will increase the higher your certification)
- OSHA 30 (required)
- Bachelors degree in EHS (highly preferred)
- Subpart R steel erection and/or O&G experience (highly preferred)
- Microsoft Office
- ProCore
- CPR/1st Aid
APPROX. DURATION: ~ 6 months+
LOCATION: Salt Lake City, UT
