What We’re Looking For:
Proven Results: A minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales management, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
Jewelry Experience Preferred: Experience with engagement rings, wedding bands, diamonds, or luxury jewelry sales is a plus, but we are open to proven retail leaders with strong sales backgrounds.
Team Builder: A natural leader who inspires, mentors, and develops a sales team to reach their full potential.
Sales Driven: A motivated professional who leads by example, creates accountability, and knows how to turn opportunities into results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team to achieve individual and store sales goals.
- Coach sales associates on client relationships, sales techniques, product knowledge, and creating exceptional customer experiences.
- Build a positive, competitive, and high-energy sales environment.
- Develop strategies to increase appointments, client engagement, conversion rates, and overall revenue.
- Maintain high standards for store presentation and a luxury shopping experience.
- Provide consistent coaching, training, and feedback to improve individual and team performance.
- Help customers celebrate meaningful moments through personalized service and relationship building.
