Qualifications & Experience:
- Active FL provisional SLP license, or full Florida SLP licensure required
- Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric and/or school-aged populations
- Skills supporting early childhood, elementary, middle, and/or high school students
- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation abilities
- Recent graduates (SLP-CFY) encouraged to apply—supervision is provided
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Deliver direct therapy services in small groups or one-on-one, in accordance with IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school professionals to support student progress
- Maintain timely and compliant documentation and reports
