Assembly Operator
We are currently recruiting for multiple Assembly Operator openings. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling products on the production line while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble assigned product parts on the assembly line according to established production guidelines.
- Set up and operate assembly lines daily following standard procedures.
- Complete proper shift changeovers.
- Perform spot checks and Red Rabbit inspections.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks.
- Package and transport completed parts as needed.
- Apply appropriate labels to packaging based on contents.
- Meet daily production requirements and performance goals.
- Write and maintain accurate production reports.
- Track parts usage and scrap.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the general work area.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, with special attention to safety regulations.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior work-related experience is helpful.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks.
- Detail-oriented and consistent in work quality.
- Ability to work effectively as a productive member of a team.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety.

Pay: $16.00 per hour
