As a Senior Estimator, you will:
- Prepare detailed estimates for environmental remediation and heavy civil construction projects
- Analyze plans, specifications, geotechnical reports, and bid documents
- Develop accurate takeoffs, pricing strategies, and cost models
- Estimate projects involving contaminated soil excavation and environmental cleanup
- Price large-scale excavation, earthwork, grading, and site development scopes
- Evaluate in-situ stabilization, soil treatment, sheet piling, shoring, and support of excavation systems
- Support estimating efforts on renewable energy and solar-related civil projects
- Collaborate with operations teams to develop competitive and executable project budgets
- Review subcontractor and supplier proposals
- Identify project risks and opportunities during the bid process
- Improve estimating documentation, reporting, and cost transparency
- Assist leadership with pricing strategy and project pursuit decisions
