Qualifications
- Previous apartment maintenance experience.
- HVAC certification preferred.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general repairs.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality required.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
