Duties:
- Assist customers in identifying and ordering the correct parts for their tractors
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure parts are properly stocked
- Collaborate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Process parts orders and handle returns or exchanges as necessary
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and new parts releases
- Provide recommendations for additional services or products that may benefit customers
- Suspend and transmit work orders to the appropriate technician
- Communicate with customers about their unit's repair needs and provide accurate estimates
- Schedule appointments for repair, diesel engine repair, cash handling, and oil changes
- Ensure that all work is completed on time and to the customer's satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of all repairs and services performed
- Keep customers informed of the status of their repairs throughout the process
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical information to non-technical customers
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of repairs, diesel engine repair, alignment, cash handling, and oil changes is preferred
- Experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Previous experience in a dealership or tractor parts environment preferred
- Strong knowledge of tractor parts and mechanical systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient computer skills for inventory management and order processing

Pay: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour
