REPSONSIBILITES:
· Diagnoses, maintains, and repairs issues efficiently.
· Communicates directly with the Shop Foreman, Service Advisors to inform their customers of the services needed.
· Test drives vehicles when necessary.
· Executes repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· ASE Certification of Graduated from an associate automotive degree program.
· 2 years’ experience as an automotive experience is required.
· Knowledge of shop equipment such as tire equipment, alignment system, diagnostic equipment, AC equipment, and list equipment.
· Must be organized to maintain accurate records.
· Excellent communication skills and customer service skills .
· Must have a valid driver’s license.
