We are seeking a motivated and skilled Plumber to join our dynamic team! Duties
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water supply lines, drainage systems, and fixtures in residential and commercial settings
- Interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and construction plans to execute precise plumbing layouts
- Conduct plumbing inspections using specialized cameras and diagnostic tools to identify issues within complex piping networks
- Perform drain cleaning using manual or power tools to clear blockages efficiently
- Operate company vehicles safely while transporting tools and materials to various job sites
- Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, and welding equipment to complete installations and repairs
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations during all phases of work
- Assist with remodeling projects by assembling plumbing components and integrating new systems into existing structures
- Collaborate with construction teams, carpenters, HVAC specialists, and other tradespeople on multi-disciplinary projects
- Maintain detailed documentation of work performed for inspection records and client reports
Experience
- Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing installation and repair in residential or commercial environments
- Skilled in welding, pipe threading, schematics reading, blueprint interpretation, and mechanical troubleshooting
- Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and local building codes governing plumbing work
- Hands-on experience with plumbing inspection cameras, drain cleaning equipment, hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting techniques
- Knowledge of HVAC systems related to plumbing integration is a plus
- Ability to interpret technical drawings accurately while demonstrating basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Prior experience operating company vehicles safely within local driving regulations is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients about project status or technical issues
- Handyman or remodeling experience is advantageous for versatile project support
