Due to ongoing growth, we are seeking PLC Maintenance Engineers to join our U.S. operations team.
Position Summary
This role is responsible for PLC-based maintenance and troubleshooting of automation equipment such as Stockers, conveyors, MHS, EFEM, robotics, and other factory automation systems.
Candidates with professional experience in Mitsubishi or Siemens PLCs are strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, debugging, and repair of automation equipment (Stocker, Conveyor, OHT/OHS, EFEM, Robotics, etc.)
- Analyze, modify, and validate PLC programs using Mitsubishi GX Works or Siemens TIA Portal
- Respond quickly to reduce downtime and support 24/7 operational environments
- Work closely with on-site teams, Korean HQ engineers, and customer operations
- Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance
- Follow all safety procedures including LOTO
- Support system upgrades, retrofits, and commissioning activities
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Mitsubishi or Siemens PLCs
- Strong understanding of Ladder Logic, Function Block, and Structured Text
- Experience with industrial automation equipment (Stocker, MHS, EFEM, AGV, Robots, conveyors, etc.)
- Ability to interpret electrical schematics and pneumatic diagrams
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean is required.
- Must be able to communicate technical issues in Korean with HQ engineering teams
- Basic English communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Semiconductor, battery, or automotive manufacturing experience
- Integration experience with MES, AMHS, ACS, SCADA, or equipment networking
- Knowledge of VFDs, servo tuning, sensors, motion control
- Ability to support shift work or on-call rotation
- OSHA training or site safety certification

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
