Retail Operations Specialist – Annapolis
Seasons Olive Oil & Vinegar is seeking a friendly, reliable, and highly organized Retail Operations Specialist to lead the daily operations of our downtown Annapolis store.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading a team, driving sales, and creating a beautiful, welcoming retail environment. You’ll join a warm, family-run brand dedicated to exceptional products, personalized service, and memorable customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day store operations
- Manage, train, and support sales associates
- Create weekly employee schedules and coordinate shift coverage
- Deliver excellent customer service and personalized product recommendations
- Create attractive merchandising, seasonal displays, and window displays
- Manage inventory, monitor product levels, and place orders
- Receive, organize, and restock merchandise with the team
- Maintain accurate pricing and product displays
- Assist with store events, product tastings, and promotions
- Keep the store clean, organized, and ready for customers each day
Ideal Candidate
- Previous retail management, merchandising, or store operations experience
- Experience supervising and scheduling employees
- Strong sales and customer-service skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Experience managing inventory and placing orders
- Creative eye for merchandising and window displays
- Dependable, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership
- Friendly and confident when engaging with customers
- Available to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends
