Temp-to-hire, 1st shift, Monday-Friday, 8:00-5:00
$42,500.00 Annually PLUS commission
- Regular hours Mon-Friday 8AM – 5PM, there is late night shift that alternates one day 9AM – 6PM will be assigned once a week or once every couple week. It is required to work (1) Saturday 9AM-1PM every few months, it rotates across the sales floor. Opportunity to catch up and for building safety. We have details on these items, otherwise we have flextime as well.
- Participate in continuing education opportunities on fiber products and solutions.
- Understand active electronics which connect passive optical items in a fiber network.
- Seek & prospect companies on the phone with fiber projects for sales revenue opportunities.
- Quote, Accept and process purchase orders from customers on fiber projects/products.
- Technically support customers with passive optical products, tools, test gear and splicers.
- Actively communicate with customers and document activities in CRM program.
- Travel to key customers or larger opportunities to secure supplier position.
Performance Expectations:
- Enter new opportunities in CRM system.
- Enter daily customer call and email activities into CRM system.
- Attending sales meetings and in-house product or process training.
- Travel to customer sites to capture or maintain sales opportunities.
