Duties
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to understand clients’ needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Provide individual and group, counseling sessions utilizing various therapeutic modalities.
- Monitor client progress regularly and adjust treatment strategies to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, coping strategies, and available resources.
- Maintain detailed, confidential documentation of all client interactions in compliance with privacy regulations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, social workers, and community agencies to coordinate care.
- Facilitate crisis intervention when clients experience acute emotional distress or safety concerns.
Requirements
- A valid license or certification in mental health counseling, LMHC. NO Registered Mental Health Interns. MUST BE FULLY LICENSED IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA
- Proven experience providing mental health counseling in clinical or community settings.
- Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or other relevant modalities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and foster trust with diverse populations.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy while maintaining confidentiality.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
