**Job Title:** LPN or RN
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated LPN or RN to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate care to patients in various healthcare settings, including , , , and facilities. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a crucial role in assisting with patient care, administering medications, maintaining medical records, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
**Duties:**
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor and assess patient conditions
- Assist with patient admissions and discharges
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
- Adhere to all healthcare regulations and protocols
**Qualifications:**
- Valid LPN/RN license in the state of practice
- Experience working in a is preferred
- Proficiency in medical terminology and medical records management
- Strong knowledge of physiology and medication administration
