Position Overview
Serve as the on-site Auto Glass World representative inside a partnered dealership’s service drive. You will support customers by addressing auto glass needs, explaining repair and replacement options, and coordinating same-day or scheduled service. Training and clear processes are provided to ensure success in the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage customers in the service drive regarding auto glass concerns
- Identify glass repair or replacement needs through vehicle walk-arounds and customer conversations
- Explain windshield repair vs. replacement and basic safety considerations to customers
- Coordinate scheduling and service completion; provide status updates as needed
- Communicate professionally with customers and dealership staff
- Accurately document leads, appointments, and completed services
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent Auto Glass World on-site
Qualifications
- Customer service, sales, or automotive experience preferred but not required
- Comfortable speaking with customers in a dealership environment
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $750.00 - $2,000.00 per week
