Offering about 15 hours per week depending on the week, we are looking for the following shifts for cleaning:
Friday, Sunday and possibly Mondays (all day shifts)
License and car MANDATORY (this in non-negotiable)
Must be willing to travel based on the day's schedule, we do have clients in the Saratoga and surrounding areas.
Some houses have cats and/or dogs (if allergic, apply but know we won't work around the allergy)
We clean and manage residential, commercial, apartment complexes and AirBnbs
A bit about the company:
We are a small but quickly growing home management company, not just a cleaning one, so we need our team members to be flexible in the duties they are willing to perform, we are more then just cleaners, we are private service professionals
Need to be flexible and work where we need you, need to be able to work alone and in a team, must be able to listen and follow directions, we have a standard that must be met,
Deep cleaning and maintaining the building according to schedule set forth
Common Hallways, bathrooms, fitness centers, offices at multiple properties, vacuuming hallways/stairs, washing windows (inside and out), cleaning/sanitizing all door handles, cleaning/sanitizing elevator (inside and out) vacuuming/steaming entry/package room/bike room, tile floors, baseboards, chair rails, dusting furniture and ceilings, cleaning walls of finger prints and scuff marks, sanitizing work spaces, cleaning/sanitizing workout equipment, vacuuming and washing floor, cleaning and sanitizing bathroom (sink, toilet, baseboards and floors). Checking and emptying Dog Waste Stations to ensure they have bags and at not full
**This can also include cleaning of move-out apartment for additional hours**
Residential cleaning and home Management include daily, weekly, bi-monthly and monthly cleaning schedules, cleaning includes all the above and in addition making beds, washing dishes, cleaning in and out of refrigerator and stove, cleaning inside and out (flip in) windows, organizing, emptying dishwashers and putting away dishes. helping with other needs of the home,
MUST BE ABLE TO PUSH EQUIPMENT CART,
MUST BE ABLE TO STEAM AND VACUUM FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME, INCLUDING UP AND DOWN STAIRS,
USE A STEP LADDER TO REACH TOP OF WINDOWS/ELEVATOR
MUST BE ABLE TO REACH UP FOR DUSTING CEILINGS
MUST BE ABLE TO WALK FOR SEVERAL HOURS
MUST HAVE EYE FOR THE DETAIL
