Shift: 1st, 7:00am-3:30pm, Monday-Friday (OT on Saturdays)
Rate: $20.00-$24.00 (Based on experience)
Essential Functions:
- Unload and unpack incoming shipments, ensuring proper handling and storage.
- Compare packing lists and purchase orders to ensure accuracy of deliveries, noting any discrepancies or damage.
- Update inventory records, maintain accurate stock levels, and ensure items are stored in designated areas.
- Inspect goods for damage or defects and report any issues to the appropriate parties.
- May be responsible for packaging products for return to vendors or for outbound shipments.
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Operate a forklift in a safe manner, wrap skids and move materials to location.
- Regularly exposed to food-grade fumes or airborne particles.
- Noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required with a minimum 1-year experience in warehousing/manufacturing environment preferred
- Must be able to frequently lift to 50 pounds
- In-house fork truck certification is required
- Forklift operation skills preferred
- Must have high volume receiving experience
- Basic math, reading, recordkeeping, and PC skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to perform routine work assignments, multi-tasking and following instructions with moderate supervision; ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to understand work procedures, methods, use of required equipment and computerized work instructions

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- High volume warehouse receiving: 2 years (Preferred)
- Forklift operating: 2 years (Preferred)
- Chemical manufacturing : 1 year (Preferred)
