Route Delivery Driver – Paid Training – Company Vehicle Provided Grab it & Go | Fremont, MI
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Grab it & Go is a locally owned, family-run business seeking a dependable Route Delivery Driver to join our team.
You'll receive two paid weeks of ride-along training, followed by guaranteed route work on July 16–17 and July 23–24.
This position begins as vacation coverage, but we expect additional fill-in opportunities throughout the year. For the right person, there is potential for the position to grow into regular part-time route work as opportunities become available in the future.

What You'll Do
- Load your delivery route each morning at our Fremont location.
- Drive a company-provided 2020 Ford Transit Connect refrigerated van (automatic transmission).
- Deliver freshly made sandwiches and other Grab it & Go products to convenience stores throughout West Michigan.
- Use a simple handheld scanner to record deliveries—we'll train you.
- Pick up outdated product and returns from each stop.
- Collect payment at a small number of accounts.
- Return to our Fremont location when your route is complete.
Schedule
- Two weeks of paid ride-along training beginning at 8:00 AM.
- Once trained, routes may begin anytime between 8:00 and 9:00 AM.
- An experienced driver typically completes the route in about 7 hours. New drivers may take a little longer while learning. We're more interested in doing the job well, providing outstanding customer service, and safely completing the route than racing the clock.
- Deliveries simply need to be completed by 5:00 PM.
Qualifications
- Valid Michigan driver's license.
- Driving record acceptable for company insurance.
- Able to lift delivery trays weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated.
- Friendly and professional with customers.
- Delivery or customer service experience is preferred but not required. We will train the right person.
