Position Title: RN - Med Surg
Location: Hudson, FL
Employment Type: Permanent
Shift & Schedule: Full-Time Nights | Rotating Weekends Required
Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range: $30.00 – $42.00/hr (Based on Experience)
Night Differential: +$4.75/hr
Weekend Differential: +$3.00/hr
Sign-On Bonus:
- $10,000 for Day Shift
- $15,000 for Night Shift
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking RN - Med Surg for an exciting Permanent opportunity in Hudson, FL.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to medical-surgical patients
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient progress and document clinical information accurately
- Educate patients and families regarding medications, procedures, and discharge instructions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate patient records, including test and examination results
Requirements
- Active Florida RN License OR Compact RN License
- Compact license holders must obtain Florida RN license within 90 days of hire
- Nursing Diploma or ASN required
- Current BLS Certification through the American Heart Association
- BLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Recent acute care experience required
Preferred Qualifications
- BSN preferred
- Previous acute care hospital experience strongly preferred
