Position Overview
Seeking a Contract Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team.
Schedule:
- 13-week contract
- 40 hours per week
- 8-hour shifts
- On-call may be required based on staffing and branch needs
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes.
- Complete assessments, care planning, and documentation.
- Perform wound care, IV therapy, catheter care, and medication management.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and self-care.
- Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
- Ensure compliance with OASIS documentation and home health regulations.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum 2 years of Home Health experience.
- Minimum 2 years of OASIS experience.
- Minimum 2 years of Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience.
- Current driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
- Strong communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently in the field.
Education
- Graduate of an accredited Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Nursing Diploma program.
- BSN preferred.
Certifications
- Active RN License.
- Current CPR Certification.
Preferred Qualifications
- CHPN Certification.
- Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB).
- Strong OASIS documentation skills.
- Experience with wound care, IV therapy, and case management.

Pay: $2,300.00 - $2,400.00 per week
