This is a field role so you will be on your feet, in front of business owners and decision-makers, not stuck at a desk cold calling and not knocking residential neighborhoods at night. If you've done door-to-door, canvassing, or outside sales and you're tired of the residential grind, this is the same hustle aimed at businesses, during business hours, with a product that genuinely saves them money.
Territory: the north/northwest Atlanta metro — Marietta, Kennesaw, Smyrna, Acworth, Roswell, Alpharetta, Sandy Springs, and Dunwoody.
What you'll do:
- Visit local businesses and offer a free wireless bill audit
- Get in front of the decision-maker and show them exactly what they'd save with AT&T
- Close the deal — we handle the quoting and the back-office team handle the set up
- Hunt bigger, multi-line accounts which is where the biggest commissions live
What you'll earn and yes, it's uncapped:
- Realistic $70k–$90k for a solid rep, $100k+ for strong closers, and $130k+ for top producers
- Tiered commission that climbs as you sell more. The more lines you close in a month, the higher your rate goes
- $500 bonus on every account of 10+ lines, plus monthly volume bonuses and a fast-start bonus
- Monthly draw so you have a floor while you ramp up
- No cap — your ceiling is your effort
What we're looking for:
- Experience in door-to-door, field, canvassing, or outside sales (B2B is a plus)
- Comfortable walking into a business cold and starting a conversation
- Self-motivated, competitive, and driven by commission
- Reliable transportation and a clean, professional presence
- Telecom experience preferred, but not required. If you can open a door, we'll teach you the pitch
