What You'll Do
- Lead daily field and office operations
- Improve scheduling, workflow, and operational efficiency
- Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management
- Set expectations and hold team members accountable to standards
- Improve customer experience, reviews, and company reputation
- Build systems that increase consistency and profitability
- Drive execution across both field and office teams
What We're Looking For
- Prior leadership experience in a fast-paced environment (trades, construction, logistics, military, or similar industries)
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage both field and office responsibilities, and make decisions under pressure
- Accountability-driven mindset with strong follow-through
- Clear communicator who sets, enforces, and upholds performance standards
- Comfortable leading people and maintaining high expectations
- Valid driver’s license required
- Full-time availability Monday–Saturday
