We are seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and memorable.
Duties
- Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about hotel services and amenities
- Process reservations, cancellations, and changes
- Assist guests with luggage and transportation arrangements
- Handle guest complaints and issues promptly and effectively
- Perform night audit duties as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
- Proficiency in using phone systems and hotel management software
- Knowledge of hospitality management practices
- Experience in guest services within a hotel or resort setting
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous
