Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide an exceptional service experience from check-in through vehicle delivery.
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document repair requests.
- Prepare repair orders and communicate recommendations clearly.
- Provide estimates, explain repairs, and obtain customer authorization.
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow.
- Recommend maintenance based on manufacturer guidelines and vehicle condition.
- Review completed repairs with customers and ensure complete satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow dealership processes.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and dealership software experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
