Essential Functions:
- Manage and update spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel
- Answer incoming calls and communicate professionally with clients and partners
- Provide general administrative support to team members and leadership
- Organize documents, files, and internal systems
- Assist with scheduling, follow-ups, and task coordination
- Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity
Experience Desired:
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication skills, especially over the phone
- Friendly, professional, and dependable demeanor
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Previous administrative experience is a plus
