Position Overview:
The Busser plays an essential role in ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience by maintaining a clean and organized dining area. The ideal candidate is efficient, attentive, and committed to supporting the waitstaff in delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:

Table Maintenance:

Clear tables of dishes, utensils, and glasses promptly and efficiently after guests leave.

Reset tables with clean linens, silverware, and glassware for the next guests.

Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas as needed.

Dining Room Cleanliness:

Sweep and mop floors, clean surfaces, and ensure the overall cleanliness of the dining room.

Keep service stations stocked with supplies, such as napkins, cutlery, and condiments.

Remove trash and clean up spills immediately to ensure a safe environment.

Support to Waitstaff:

Assist servers by delivering food and beverages to tables when necessary.

Refill water glasses and assist guests with any requests during their meal.

Communicate with the waitstaff and kitchen to ensure efficient service flow.
Qualifications:

No prior experience required, but restaurant experience is a plus.

Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
